Role - Assistant Manager – New Product Development (NPD)

Key Responsibilities
 Support end-to-end execution of new product development projects
 Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, procurement, quality, manufacturing)
 Assist in market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis
 Translate business requirements into product briefs and development plans
 Track project timelines, milestones, budgets, and risks
 Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities
 Ensure adherence to stage-gate / NPD processes and documentation
 Coordinate pilot runs, trials, and pre-launch activities
 Assist marketing and sales teams during product launch
 Monitor post-launch performance and support improvement initiatives

Qualifications
 B.Tech Technical Graduate
 3–5 years of experience
 Exposure to Cable manufacturing Industry
