Job Title: Marketing Executive – Herbal Products

Location: Head Office (Faridabad)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans for herbal and natural healthcare products
Promote products through field marketing, digital marketing, events, and trade activities
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, doctors, wellness centers, and key stakeholders
Organize product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and awareness programs
Support the sales team with marketing materials, product training, and presentations
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on marketing effectiveness
Coordinate with product development and regulatory teams to ensure accurate product communication
Ensure branding and promotional activities align with company values and herbal regulations
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements in products or marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
B.Tech, BSC/MSC – Chemistry, B.Pharma/D.Pharma, BSC – Chemistry
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
Experience
1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in herbal, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or wellness industries
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills
Knowledge of herbal products, nutraceuticals, or natural health solutions
Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns
Telecalling reporting and Coordination skills.
