Job Description: Sr. Engineer – New Product Development (NPD)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and engineering development of new products
- Prepare product specifications, drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
- Develop prototypes and oversee testing, validation, and trials
- Identify materials, components, and manufacturing processes
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors for development and sourcing
- Support DFMEA, PFMEA, risk assessments, and design reviews
- Resolve technical issues during development, pilot, and production stages
- Support manufacturing scale-up, tooling, and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Support continuous improvement of existing products
Qualifications
- B.Tech Technical Graduate
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Exposure to Cable Manufacturing Industry.
